For the money it's not bad. Bare bones basic room with a bed ,tv ,table and chairs, microwave and fridge. It's cheap but pretty clean neighbors usually behave and the hotel employees don't bother you too much. Personally I like it.

Not fancy but for the money it's ok and staff is helpfull
My family and I had to evacuate Florida for hurricane Irma.. We were 8 adults, 3 kids and 4 dogs. We traveled all of I75 and not 1 hotel had room, not 1 bed to spare. We came across the Royal Inn by accident, went in and took 3 rooms from them, no questions asked, gave us our keys.. That's it! They were friendly and very helpful. It's not new or modern, but if you need a bed like we did, they were there. We are very grateful for those 3 rooms for 3 days.. Not to mention, it's walking distance to everything!
